On February 16, 2024 the Bank of Tanzania (the Bank) issued and published for the first time a subsidiary legislation on compulsory liquidation of banks and financial institutions.
Libent Rwazo is Partner and a practicing Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania. Libent heads the Mwanza office, which is located at the Lake zone region. - A client in negotiating and preparation of all documents to acquire the land in located Mukuranga District for building a cement factory
- On issues of receiverships to prepare all legal documents and assisting the purchaser of all mortgaged properties to transfer the properties in their own names’ worth more than TZS10 billion
- Colgate-Palmolive Tanzania Limited on issues of trade & service marks and to fight counterfeit goods in the market
