Eunice joined the firm in 2023 as an intern and has progressed to her current role as an Associate Trainee. She is a practicing advocate of the High Court and subordinate courts, except for the Primary Court.
Her areas of practice include corporate law and litigation. Eunice supports partners, senior associates, and associates in various matters by providing legal advisory services on compliance issues for companies and representing clients in court proceedings.
- As a team member, currently advising an insurance company on the circumstances under which it may be exempted from paying the insured amount in the event of a breach of the agreement between the insured and the contractor.
- As a team member, advising a non-governmental organization on the legal requirements and procedures for closing its operations in Tanzania.
- As a team member, advising a network service provider on the mandatory requirements for importing equipment and operating as a service provider in Tanzania.
- As a team member, advising the government on favourable laws governing foreign investment and dispute resolution mechanisms, including identifying gaps in the current legal framework and providing recommendations for improvement.
